{"id":8115,"date":"2026-03-31T07:30:44","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T07:30:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.paprac.org\/projects\/desir-med\/"},"modified":"2026-06-02T15:41:08","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T15:41:08","slug":"desir-med","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/staging.paprac.org\/fr\/projets\/desir-med\/","title":{"rendered":"Desir-MED"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Objectifs principaux<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u00e9montrer et d\u00e9ployer \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle des solutions fond\u00e9es sur la nature pour la r\u00e9silience climatique dans les r\u00e9gions m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">renforcer les cadres r\u00e9gionaux de gouvernance pour une adaptation climatique syst\u00e9mique ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">am\u00e9liorer les m\u00e9canismes de financement et les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019investissement pour le d\u00e9ploiement des SfN ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">renforcer l\u2019implication des parties prenantes et les processus de co<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2011<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cr\u00e9ation dans la planification r\u00e9gionale de l\u2019adaptation ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">faciliter le transfert de connaissances et la r\u00e9plication dans les territoires m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Principaux r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DesirMED met en \u0153uvre et d\u00e9veloppe des solutions fond\u00e9es sur la nature dans plusieurs sites de d\u00e9monstration m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens, en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des risques climatiques majeurs tels que les s\u00e9cheresses, les vagues de chaleur, les inondations, l\u2019\u00e9rosion c\u00f4ti\u00e8re et la perte de biodiversit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des approches int\u00e9gr\u00e9es techniques, de gouvernance et financi\u00e8res, le projet :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0d\u00e9ploiera et assurera le suivi de SfN \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle dans les r\u00e9gions participantes ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9laborera des feuilles de route r\u00e9gionales pour int\u00e9grer les SfN dans les politiques et instruments de planification ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u00e9veloppera des mod\u00e8les de financement innovants et des plans d\u2019investissement pour soutenir l\u2019adoption \u00e0 long terme des SfN ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9tablira une Communaut\u00e9 de pratique m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne afin de favoriser les \u00e9changes de connaissances et l\u2019apprentissage entre pairs ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">produira des lignes directrices pratiques, des recommandations politiques et des outils de r\u00e9plication pour d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En combinant activit\u00e9s de d\u00e9monstration et int\u00e9gration syst\u00e9mique dans les politiques publiques, DesirMED garantit que les solutions test\u00e9es d\u00e9passent le stade pilote et s\u2019int\u00e8grent durablement dans les strat\u00e9gies r\u00e9gionales de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00f4le du CAR\/PAP<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cadre de DesirMED, le CAR\/PAP participe au sein du cluster de Split-Dalmatie et dirige le lot de travaux consacr\u00e9 au d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle des solutions fond\u00e9es sur la nature et \u00e0 leur int\u00e9gration dans l\u2019ensemble de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le CAR\/PAP contribue au renforcement de la dimension politique et au transfert des r\u00e9sultats de DesirMED \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne. S\u2019appuyant sur son mandat dans le cadre de la Convention de Barcelone, il soutient l\u2019int\u00e9gration des SfN dans les cadres de gestion c\u00f4ti\u00e8re et d\u2019adaptation climatique, en
