capacit\u00e9s pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et l\u2019utilisation durable des zones marines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">soutenir la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019approche \u00e9cosyst\u00e9mique \u00e0 travers l\u2019IMAP<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">promouvoir la planification de l\u2019espace marin (PEM) comme outil d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019environnement<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">promouvoir la participation des parties prenantes et le partage des connaissances au niveau sous-r\u00e9gional<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Principaux r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 renforcer les bases scientifiques et politiques de la gestion marine dans l\u2019Adriatique :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des programmes nationaux int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de surveillance ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s pour l\u2019Albanie et le Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro, couvrant la biodiversit\u00e9, les p\u00eacheries, l\u2019hydrographie, les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes c\u00f4tiers, l\u2019eutrophisation, les contaminants et les d\u00e9chets marins<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9s afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019\u00e9tat du milieu marin et de soutenir les progr\u00e8s vers le Bon \u00c9tat \u00c9cologique (BEE)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des campagnes de terrain ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es afin de combler des lacunes importantes en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es, notamment au Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro puis en Albanie<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un premier plan de l\u2019espace marin a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 au Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro comme d\u00e9monstration pour l\u2019ensemble de la r\u00e9gion Adriatique<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des consultations nationales en Albanie ont permis de mieux comprendre les exigences juridiques, institutionnelles et de planification li\u00e9es \u00e0 la PEM<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des activit\u00e9s de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, notamment des formations et des ateliers, ont renforc\u00e9 l\u2019expertise nationale et sous-r\u00e9gionale<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des processus de participation des parties prenantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre, renfor\u00e7ant la sensibilisation et soutenant une prise de d\u00e9cision participative<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019un des principaux r\u00e9sultats du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement et l\u2019application r\u00e9ussie d\u2019une m\u00e9thodologie int\u00e9grant la PEM et l\u2019approche \u00e9cosyst\u00e9mique, align\u00e9e sur IMAP et applicable dans l\u2019ensemble du contexte adriatique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00f4le du CAR\/PAP<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le CAR\/PAP a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du projet en soutenant l\u2019int\u00e9gration des approches PEM et GIZC, en facilitant les processus nationaux et la participation des parties prenantes, et en contribuant au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation de m\u00e9thodologies int\u00e9gr\u00e9es pour une gestion marine fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019approche \u00e9cosyst\u00e9mique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
