{"id":8147,"date":"2026-03-31T07:26:26","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T07:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.paprac.org\/projects\/greece\/"},"modified":"2026-06-02T14:42:31","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T14:42:31","slug":"greece","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/staging.paprac.org\/fr\/projets\/greece\/","title":{"rendered":"Gr\u00e8ce"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Aper\u00e7u du projet<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAC Rhodes a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019une des premi\u00e8res applications pilotes visant \u00e0 mettre en place des processus int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de planification et de gestion c\u00f4ti\u00e8res capables de r\u00e9pondre aux pressions environnementales croissantes li\u00e9es au d\u00e9veloppement du tourisme, \u00e0 l\u2019urbanisation, \u00e0 la pollution et \u00e0 l\u2019expansion des infrastructures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre en trois phases. La premi\u00e8re phase a port\u00e9 sur les activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9paratoires et la collecte de donn\u00e9es concernant les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes de l\u2019\u00eele et les pressions li\u00e9es au d\u00e9veloppement. Au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me phase, plusieurs \u00e9tudes sectorielles et activit\u00e9s de planification ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9es et int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans un cadre global de planification pour l\u2019\u00eele. La troisi\u00e8me phase a renforc\u00e9 davantage la mise en \u0153uvre gr\u00e2ce au soutien de la Banque europ\u00e9enne d\u2019investissement (BEI) et de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne dans le cadre du programme METAP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Objectifs principaux<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019appuyant sur la phase pilote initiale, le projet a permis une \u00e9valuation int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des d\u00e9fis environnementaux et de d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019\u00eele :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mettre en place un cadre de planification et de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9es des zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">am\u00e9liorer les connaissances sur les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes c\u00f4tiers et marins gr\u00e2ce au suivi et \u00e0 la collecte de donn\u00e9es<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9valuer les impacts de la croissance touristique et du d\u00e9veloppement urbain sur l\u2019environnement c\u00f4tier<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9laborer des sc\u00e9narios d\u00e9veloppement-environnement afin de soutenir une planification durable<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">analyser les sources de pollution et les besoins en gestion des d\u00e9chets liquides<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9valuer les impacts potentiels du changement climatique sur les zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res et les infrastructures<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">renforcer la coordination institutionnelle entre les autorit\u00e9s nationales, r\u00e9gionales et locales<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">introduire des outils SIG et des formations techniques pour la gestion c\u00f4ti\u00e8re<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Principaux r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">planification int\u00e9gr\u00e9e : pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019\u00c9tude de planification int\u00e9gr\u00e9e pour l\u2019\u00eele de Rhodes, combinant analyses sectorielles et sc\u00e9narios de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">appui aux politiques : production de donn\u00e9es environnementales et socio-\u00e9conomiques afin de soutenir les politiques de d\u00e9veloppement c\u00f4tier durable et la planification \u00e0 long terme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gestion environnementale : am\u00e9lioration des connaissances sur les pressions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pollution, les besoins en gestion des eaux us\u00e9es et les vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">renforcement des capacit\u00e9s : am\u00e9lioration des capacit\u00e9s techniques gr\u00e2ce aux formations SIG et aux m\u00e9thodologies de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">coop\u00e9ration internationale : mobilisation du soutien de la Banque europ\u00e9enne d\u2019investissement et de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne pour les activit\u00e9s de planification environnementale de suivi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Suivi<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet PAC Rhodes a constitu\u00e9 l\u2019une des premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res en M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e et a contribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement plus large des m\u00e9thodologies PAC appliqu\u00e9es par la suite dans toute la r\u00e9gion.
