{"id":8200,"date":"2026-05-09T10:58:16","date_gmt":"2026-05-09T10:58:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.paprac.org\/projects\/otranto\/"},"modified":"2026-06-02T14:23:08","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T14:23:08","slug":"otranto","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/staging.paprac.org\/fr\/projets\/otranto\/","title":{"rendered":"Otrante"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Vue d\u2019ensemble du projet<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le projet PAC transfrontalier Otrante a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 afin de tester la m\u00e9thodologie PAC \u00e0 une \u00e9chelle transfrontali\u00e8re et de renforcer la coop\u00e9ration entre l\u2019Albanie et l\u2019Italie dans la gestion du d\u00e9troit d\u2019Otrante \u2014 une zone marine et c\u00f4ti\u00e8re d\u2019importance \u00e9cologique partag\u00e9e par les deux pays.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Malgr\u00e9 des contextes juridiques, naturels et socio-\u00e9conomiques diff\u00e9rents, l\u2019Albanie et l\u2019Italie font face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis communs n\u00e9cessitant une planification et une gouvernance coordonn\u00e9es.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le PAC Otrante constitue le premier projet transfrontalier depuis le lancement du Programme d\u2019am\u00e9nagement c\u00f4tier (PAC) en 1989.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Objectifs principaux<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le PAC Otrante s\u2019est concentr\u00e9 sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res (GIZC) et de la planification de l\u2019espace maritime (PEM) aux niveaux local, national et transfrontalier, avec pour objectifs :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r\u00e9duire la pollution, en mettant particuli\u00e8rement l\u2019accent sur les d\u00e9chets marins ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">am\u00e9liorer la durabilit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s touristiques ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prot\u00e9ger, conserver et restaurer les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes c\u00f4tiers et marins vuln\u00e9rables, y compris les sites Natura 2000 ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">promouvoir la coordination intersectorielle afin de soutenir la durabilit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9silience dans les r\u00e9gions du projet de Vlora (Albanie) et des Pouilles (Italie).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Principaux r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les r\u00e9sultats et recommandations du projet sont r\u00e9sum\u00e9s dans une note d\u2019orientation politique fond\u00e9e sur quatre \u00e9tudes d\u2019experts \u00e9labor\u00e9es dans le cadre du projet :<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. \u00c9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 des outils de gestion par zone (OGZ) dans la zone d\u2019Otrante<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Guide m\u00e9thodologique de GIZC pour atteindre le Bon \u00c9tat \u00c9cologique (BEE)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Syst\u00e8me et sch\u00e9ma d\u2019audit GIZC (ICZM SAS)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.
