It focuses on supporting local and regional authorities in planning and implementing climate change adaptation measures through improved knowledge, tools, and governance approaches.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project responds to increasing climate risks in the Adriatic region, including sea-level rise, coastal erosion, flooding, heatwaves, and water scarcity. It promotes an integrated approach linking land, coast, and marine systems, while supporting evidence-based decision-making for sustainable development. A key outcome of AdriAdapt is the development of a comprehensive knowledge platform providing climate data, adaptation options, guidance materials, and planning tools tailored to the needs of local authorities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The platform was tested and validated through pilot actions in selected Italian and Croatian coastal areas, ensuring its practical applicability and transferability to other regions. The platform also featured CREATE project, and serves as a foundation for an expanded Mediterranean resilience platform MedAdapt in the cours of preparation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Key
