On February 2 – 3, 2004, a meeting was held on “Enhancing public/private partnership for new financial arrangements to eliminate land-based pollution: promoting transfer of best available techniques (BAT)”. At the meeting, PAP/RAC presented the work done within the GEF project component “Development of economic instruments for sustainable implementation of SAP”. PAP/RAC agreed with the GPA and C.I.R.P.S. to exchange project results and outputs, and discussed the ideas for the future work and co-operation.
